- You may not use the Service for unlawful or prohibited activities.

The application and all related intellectual property are owned by Unsaid or its licensors. This EULA does not grant you any ownership rights.
4. Updates and Changes
Unsaid may provide updates or changes to the application at any time without notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updates.
5. Termination
This license is effective until terminated. Unsaid may terminate this EULA immediately if you breach its terms. Upon termination, you must stop using the application.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The application is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Unsaid shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the application.
8. Governing Law
This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Unsaid operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
9. Severability
If any provision of this EULA is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
10. Entire Agreement
This EULA constitutes the entire agreement between you and Unsaid regarding the application and supersedes all prior agreements.
